Q: Do you issue the card or prescription?
A: We only conduct the initial evaluation to determine if a patient has a qualifying diagnosis to make them eligible to obtain a medical cannabis card. If criteria is met, they are connected with our physician to schedule a prescription appointment.
Q: Are the appointments confidential?
A: Yes, all virtual appointments are private and HIPAA-compliant.
Q: Do I need to live in Florida?
A: Yes. Currently we only provide evaluations for Florida residents at the age of eighteen years or older.
Q: What’s the cost?
A: The evaluation cost, which includes a written evaluation, is $150.00. Payments are due at the time of booking the evaluation appointment.
Q: Are there additional costs for a medical cannabis card?
A: Yes. There will be separate fees for the physician appointment, which is for the actual prescription, and there will be a state fee, which will cover the cost of patient registry in the Florida database and the issuance of the physical card.
